Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Strelva for using strelva.com, the Strelva workspace and everything Strelva runs for you. By creating an account or using Strelva, you agree to them. If you use Strelva for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

What Strelva is

Strelva is where a business makes and runs its own Systems: a website, a booking page, an intake form, a proposal and other working tools. Strelva's software and AI prepare changes, and you decide what goes live. Agencies can also use Strelva to make and run Systems for the businesses they serve.

Some businesses have a separate written agreement or order form with Strelva, for example for a managed website. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
• Sign in with an email address you control or your Google account. Keep access to it secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us at hello@strelva.com if you think someone else has used your account.
• A business belongs to its owners in Strelva. Owners decide who else can see and change it, including any agency.

Agencies

If you run Systems for clients, you need their permission for what you do in their business, and you are responsible for your work for them. Each client's business stays its own: the client owns it, and nothing you prepare goes live without their yes unless they have told Strelva otherwise.

AI in Strelva

• Strelva uses AI models, today mainly Google Gemini, to read your website and business details, draft changes, answer questions and do work you ask for.
• AI can be wrong. Read what it prepares before you approve it. Changes to your live website, Google listings and other outside accounts wait for your approval, except where you have turned on an automatic setting such as automatic review replies.
• New accounts may include a free monthly AI allowance. Its size can change. When this month's allowance is used up, AI work for that business pauses, and nothing changes, until the allowance resets or the business gets more, for example through a plan or an agency.
• We don't use your content to train our own AI models.

Connected accounts

You can connect outside accounts to a business, such as Google and Instagram. Connect only accounts you own or are allowed to manage. Strelva uses a connected account only for the features you turned on, and posts or changes to it wait for your approval except where you have turned on an automatic setting. You can disconnect at any time from the business's connections, and Strelva then stops using the account. Google and Meta's own terms still apply to those accounts, and we don't control their availability or limits. Our Privacy Policy says what we read from each.

Your content

You own what you bring to Strelva and what Strelva makes for your business: text, images, records, and the Systems themselves. You give Strelva permission to store, copy, process and show that content only as needed to run Strelva for you, including sending it to the providers listed on our subprocessors page. You confirm you have the right to use what you upload or connect.

Acceptable use

Use Strelva lawfully and follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may pause a System, a feature or an account to stop a violation or protect other people.

Plans, billing and refunds

• Some of Strelva is free. Paid plans show their price before you pay, and Stripe processes payment.
• Subscriptions renew each billing period until cancelled. When you end a plan, it stays on until the end of the period you already paid for, and is not charged again.
• We don't give automatic or partial-period refunds. If something went wrong, email hello@strelva.com and we'll look at it case by case.
• If you take payments from your own customers through Strelva, Stripe processes them, and refunds to your customers are between you and them.
• Prices can change. We tell you before a change affects a plan you already pay for.

Export and leaving

Owners can download a business's Systems, details and history from the workspace at any time. You can leave Strelva whenever you want.

Deleting your account

You can delete your own account in your account settings. If you are the only owner of a business that still has live Systems or a paid plan, first download what you need, then hand the business to another owner, or end its plan and take its Systems offline. When you delete your account, you lose access straight away. If you ask us to delete a business's records, we do it within 30 days of your ask. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep afterwards and why, and the data deletion page lists every way to ask.

When we can suspend or end service

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other people or Strelva at risk, or goes unpaid. Where we can, we tell you first and give you time to download your content. You can stop using Strelva at any time.

Changes to Strelva and to these terms

Strelva changes often. We may add, change or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we update the date above and tell you in the app or by email before the change applies to you. Continuing to use Strelva after that means you accept the new terms.

No warranty

Strelva is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep it running and correct, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that AI output will be accurate, or that your website will rank or convert in any particular way.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Strelva is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Strelva in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Erie County, New York, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
