Data deletion
You can ask Strelva to delete your information at any time. This page lists each way to do it, including how to remove the Google and Instagram data Strelva received from accounts you connected. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and keep.
Disconnect Google or Instagram
This stops Strelva using the account straight away. In the workspace, open the business, go to its connections, and choose Disconnect on Google or Instagram. Strelva asks the provider to revoke our access, then deletes our copy of the access token. You can also remove Strelva yourself: in your Google account under Security, third-party apps and services, or in your Instagram account settings under apps and websites.
Disconnecting does not delete what Strelva already saved in the business, such as reviews or Instagram posts listed in its activity. To delete those, use one of the options below.
Delete your account
- Sign in and open Account in the workspace (strelva.com/workspace/account).
- At the foot of the page, choose Delete my account.
- Strelva shows what will happen. If you are the only owner of a business with live Systems, a paid plan, other people, a managed website or clients, it tells you what to sort out first.
- Type your email address to confirm.
Your sign-in and your access to every business end straight away. A business you were the only owner of, with nothing live, is queued for deletion and removed within 30 days. Work you did inside a business stays with it, no longer linked to your name or email.
Delete a business's records
Owners can ask us to delete a business's records, including Google and Instagram data held for it. Email hello@strelva.com from the owner's address with the business name. We delete within 30 days of the ask and confirm when it is done. Owners can download a business's Systems, details and history first from the workspace.
Ask by email
If you can't sign in, or Account deletion isn't available, email hello@strelva.com from the address on the account. Say what you want deleted: your account, a business, or the Google or Instagram data from a connected account. For Instagram, include the account's username. We may ask you to confirm you control the account before we delete anything, and we answer within 30 days.
What we keep
- A short record that an account was deleted and when, without your email, so we can show requests were handled.
- Billing records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Backups and logs for a limited time, after which they are deleted by us or the provider.
If you only visited a business's website
If you booked, sent an inquiry or paid through a business that runs on Strelva, contact that business first. It holds that information, and we help it answer you. You can also email hello@strelva.com.
